Hello

Well I went from Friday evening until Monday lunchtime on liquids and like I said didn't lose weight but am feeling a bit more positive this evening. I've had a healthy day eating wise although did consume a lot of calories.

Lunch:

Sushi, miso soup, granola bar & apple = 410 calories

Dinner: Went out for dinner, felt guilty but ordered the best thing on the menu:

Tuna steak with rice = 500 calories

Total: 910.

My husband commented tonight that my face is looking a lot thinner :) :) So I'm not letting this plateau in weight upset me plus the support of you girls is invaluable - thank you.

I don't know how to link names but if someone could tell me that'd be great!! The commenter (strawberry shortcake I think!) said to check the soup for salt content and you're absolutely right, it's really high!! So I will steer clear of those for now or just have them sparingly and fadingstrong, the coffee did help me lose some fluid so fingers crossed I drop SOMETHING by tomorrow!! The only good thing about the salty soups is that I haven't felt faint. Not even once did I feel faint on the liquid fast and my blood pressure was normal whereas in a couple of days I have no doubt it'll drop again but I realise eating lots of salt isn't a good way to stop oneself from fainting! But it was interesting to note that anyway.

Well I'm shattered so heading off to bed now, hope everyone is doing well and if you aren't, then don't worry - we all have our bad days/binges and we CAN get back on track :) :)

It was so encouraging and made me smile :)

To link names, you type it then highlight it then there should be a "link" option. Click that then copy&paste.
